Has anyone ever said something to you, that made you feel bad about yourself?
Sometimes even sick about yourself?
You feel like you're not good enough?
I think we've all had that experience,
when people bring you down.
You can't keep on worrying about yourself because of what that person said.
If they said something to purposely hurt your feelings,
you know that's when they're just bringing you down so they can bring themselves up.
It's so easy to say, "I don't care."
The truth is, we all care.
If we truly didn't care, then we wouldn't even think twice about what the person said,
we wouldn't have a reaction towards it,
and we would act as if we never even heard it.
Unfortunately, words don't always go through one ear and just come out of the other.
It's so easy to judge people based on their looks, and we've all judged before.
When it gets to the point that the person tells you in front of your face things such as,
"You're so ugly."
"You're fat, you need to lose weight!"
"Why is your nose so big?"
Sometimes it's better to let it go,
it may be hard for some people,
but eventually the person will stop bothering you and telling you those things,
unless they really don't like themselves because they just love making themselves feel better.
It's easier to fight back and yell at them,
but you really don't want to waste a time in your life with stress, do you?
I'll be honest, I like telling people off when they judge me based on my looks,
but I know that I don't want to be wasting my time doing that, when I could be doing something else that's useful.
It's hard to ignore, but it's not what's harder to do,
it's what's better to do.
